New England's Next Earthquake: The Writing on the Wall demonstrates just how devastating even a moderate earthquake can be in New England. It recounts the history of severe earthquakes in New England, examines the seismic hazards in the region, and includes simple tips to make your home more earthquake resistant.

This video was the winner of the 1994 National Media Awards Contest from the National Coordinating Council on Emergency Management (NCCEM). NESEC has updated and re-released this award-winning video along with its companion program, Earthquakes in New England [for K-5 Audiences] which you can view in its entirety here.
